You can easily cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings. When you cancel your subscription:
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to all premium features until the subscription expires
• No further charges will be made for subsequent billing periods
• Your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier (if available) at the end of the billing period
1. Go to your Dashboard → Settings → Billing
2. Click "Cancel Plan" in your billing information section
3. Confirm your cancellation in the dialog that appears

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and reasonable while protecting our business operations:

When you cancel your subscription through the dashboard settings:
• You'll see a "Subscription Ending" notice in your billing information
• Your subscription status will show when it will end (your current period end date)
• You'll continue to have full access to all premium features until that date
• No automatic charges will occur for the next billing cycle
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time before it expires
For annual subscriptions, the same cancellation process applies. We may consider prorated refunds in exceptional circumstances, calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription period.
Free trials and promotional credits are provided at our discretion and cannot be refunded or transferred. Any unused trial period or promotional credits will be forfeited upon subscription cancellation.
If you have concerns about charges on your account, please contact us directly before disputing the charge with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
Chargebacks or disputed charges may result in immediate suspension of your account until the dispute is resolved.
